Several years ago someone on the SonbonnetSueChat asked me to draw a Sunbonnet Sue at a Butter Churn with a little girl, looking on. That's how these two drawings for applique' or embroidery came about.I was thinking about them today and wondered if that Sunbonnet Sue enthusiast I made them for ever used them in a quilt.

ReplyDeleteI lived in Australia. My sister she had a breast cancer being a twin sister I was very lucky..usauly if one has got something wrong or either the other would end up the same. I really lucky....
We have groups of ladies helping us out doing sewing we make xray bags comfort cushions & drainage bag those ladies whose going under the surgery they recieved a gift from us. Those ladies don't have to pay that gift it's free. we donation. to them..
Now what some people do with us they help us out by getting some materials from there items .than we get the ladies to help us out to make them up. We give out 15 different hospital in VIctoria... Some we do ruffles we make patchwork quilt plus other things espcially this year in PINK RIBBON DAY for our 1st Prize is sewing machine plus carrying bag to put the sewing machine in. 2nd prize is hand embriodery patchwork quilt which I made that ( hand embriodery / plus sewing up with sewing machine)
If u would to give us some materials to do those 3 things for the hospital s it's only take 1m.50
or donations what ever..
